Which are you?
Many people who have shown interest in NLP therapy have asked the following questions
and we have done our best to answer the most common ones. If you do have a further
questions please complete the form on the contact us page. We will respond quickly and
may well add the question to this page

How many sessions will I need?
This varies enormously to the problem. For most people it is often around 6. Sometimes
one is all that is necessary; especially if dealing with a specific problem. Where the
problems are more complex then it is likely mores sessions are required. For some very
complex issues I have worked with clients for over a year.

Suppose we have finished the original problem, can I come back for further sessions?
Many clients find it useful to have a break in order to consolidate the learning and the
changes that have happened. Once these have been absorbed you will be ready to deal
with the next stage of the development process. Sometimes, once one situation is dealt
with we are then ready to deal with a further issue.

Can one session really be enough?
It can be. It is very individual. We have helped people in dealing with exam fears, phobias
and anxieties and so on. This is less common and you should expect to need more than
one but if one is sufficient see it as a bonus.

Do I have to come every week?
No. Many people do, then they may have a break and then continue their change process.
Sometimes it is useful to be able to practise what we have worked on and to then to
review how it has gone. We then will build on this practical experience.
